Come along with me!

I found some really cute sites tonight while surfing around the internet! Let's go shopping!

Wouldn't you feel loved eating off this plate of hearts? Emma Bridgewater carries polka dots, christmas prints and so many more prints in just about everything! I would like everything please!

Did you know Linen & Things is closing??? Right now they have some 50, 30, & 25% off bedding, bath, and some cookware things!

I collect all kinds of coffee cups and mugs and I love the whimsy style in Village Clayworks collections! I know Beth would love this owl toe bowl but I love the cute little birds mug!

I've been looking for a picture or mirror to go above our bed but I'm thinking about going with a decal like this one from Badass Custom Decal. I did a search for the decals and it's the only one so far that I really like. Did you know you can put decals on your toilet?

Alright...Im done shopping for now!

Oh I have to add LOOK how cute these Bento Box Gifts are!! I want them all!

Eye Candy (FAT FREE yup yup)

I have finally finished what was suppose to be a day project! Turned it into a week long one! Im in love with the way they came out and I definitely will be making more since I know how I want them now. Oh and if you didn't figure it out... they are mini elf stockings (or what Rita called them elf socks *hehe*) I used fabric for the base part, chenille fabric for the top. And at the last minute I crocheted a little hanger part instead of ribbon because I forgot my ribbons at home (jackpot LOL), and the pompoms I made using yarn. It's the first time I ever attempted making pompoms and I so want to make more!

Mini Elf Stockings

Now that I am finished with the "elf socks" I want to make me a scarf (or atleast try)! It's going to be in this super super bright turquoise, hot pink, red, and purple. Totally not the colors I would normally wear. But I saw this really beautiful one at the mall last week and I wanted it so bad but it was $50 bucks UGH! The yarn I got is the same colors as the one I wanted I just hope it comes out pretty like the one I saw. So I'm off to have my hour affair with "TOP CHEF" that came on last night and see if this scarf thing is going to work!! Man I love this show! Any one else watching the new season?

Snowman & Mushrooms?

They just don't go together! Or do they? With my little obsession with mushrooms and new love for snowman this year. I think they look cute together! I still have some other ideas to make some little friends for this little guy that I hope will get done today. But with all the other 50 million projects swarming around in my head I just don't know. I need about 10 more hands and a 100 more hours in my day. I even managed to get up extra early this morning to hopefully get a lot of things done before having to take a nap and go to work tonight. But with housework also needing to get done I'm not sure if I can get it all done.

I know when it's time for Christmas when...

I spend about 4 hours assigning secret partners for the FAA Lucky Parcel & Pay It Forward swap groups I run! Phew what a night! It's going to be lots of fun though and I haven't been doing much swapping lately since I have been trying to get other things in order. But if I want something under the tree to open Christmas day then I need to jump on the swapping wagon and get busy! Jeremy and I have decided that we are going to get a flat screen for our bedroom and I've been wanting a fan in a couple of rooms in the house so that will be our Christmas presents to each other. Then on his side of the family we've decided to not exchange presents because we basically just get everyone the same thing and receive the same thing so what's the point right? Instead we will all get together and have dinner and play games all day which I think is so much fun!
I've been thinking about starting a Secret Santa swap on Fabric Addicts Anonymous Group but I'm still working on how it will work. If I'm going to do it though I need to get on the ball and post it to make sure everyone has enough time to gather and send out.
Speaking of Christmas and all ... I've been thinking of all kind of things to make for presents and my etsy shop but just can't get into making nothing. I'm not sure if I have this feeling of being overwelmed with things right now or just me being lazy. But I know it's one of them haha. I still have a few more hours of work tonight so maybe I will try and work on something!

Moving on to another room.

Since last week was such a hit with my craftroom and it's just the way I wanted it this week I decided to work on our master bedroom. I believe the paint on the walls and trim was the original color from when the house was first built some 10 or something years ago. The color was a dull worn out beige. I've been wanting our bedroom to be bright and fresh so I painted it a light green color with glossy white trim and doors. I'm absolutely in love with the color and I love the way it goes with our dark furniture. I still need to get some stuff made to spiffy it up a bit and put some pictures on the wall. But as of right now it's painted and everything is back in place. I'll post some pics in the next day or two!
This upcoming week I was thinking of tackling our little master bedroom walk-in closet. Since it's something I can hopefully do on my own since my brother and husband might be going out of town. It's seriously the place where all the junk is put and I don't know how we manage to get our clothes out of it. Hmm...maybe that's why all the clothes are put on top of the dresser? But I have a question ... Would you paint the inside of your closet the same color as your bedroom? Or the same color as the other closets? The rest of our house is a sorda beige slash yellow with white trim (same as my craftroom) Any suggestions?

Happy November!

Yesterday was such a hectic day and my truck broke down so until they fix it I won't beable to get the boards for my table. Hopefully today it will be fixed since I have to go back to work tonight. They say the fuel pump has to be replaced. Something expensive as always! Besides getting my table done we still have to put the front piece on the desk and my brother has to make me some shelving under the desk and some little boxes. It felt so nice to walk into my room this morning. Not only because I didn't trip over something while walking in the door but because everything was is in it's place and it just felt so fresh and CLEAN!

We didn't do nothing for Halloween last night. I was so beat that I ended up crawling into bed about 9am with the worst headache and I think I pulled a tendon in my ankle. We did give some candy out to a few of the kids that showed up. I think we had about 10 kids in all and the cutest little witch girl.

You can see what I've done so far in my flickr! :D
